City Stay Premium Hotel Apartments Dubai

The room we stayed in at City Stay Premium Hotel had a broken door lock, made us feel very unsafe. the bathroom was dirty and had not been cleaned properly. The room also had a strong unpleasant odor. The staff was unhelpful and did not address our concerns. I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

The room was spacious, with an elevator available. Great location for local attractions. Excellent housekeeping and helpful staff. Unexpectedly, African breakfast options were provided. Attendants and room service were fantastic, and the pool was top-notch.

The hotel offered a great location, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. The breakfast provided was satisfactory and helped start the day off right. the hotel offered comfortable and spacious accommodations that were well-suited for a longer stay.

There were a few disappointing aspects of the hotel. the lack of drinking water in the room was inconvenient and unexpected.

The hotel is located in a very bad neighborhood, but it offers a unique advantage of a hanging garden, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Although it is difficult to get a taxi, it is close enough to the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and neat, and the breakfast served is great. The hotel also offers facilities such as in-room cooking equipment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The spacious rooms were equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine and kitchen equipment. The location was perfect, as it was close enough to easily get to the main attractions and stylish shopping centers. We also appreciated how close it was to the metro station, made transportation convenient. The breakfast was filling and had a surprising variety, including Nigerian/African delicacies that we rarely find in other hotels. The staff were helpful and made our experience even better.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The attention to detail was evident in the clean and well-equipped rooms, which even had a mini kitchen with multiple beds. The hotel's location in a bustling neighborhood was convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a great way to start the day.

Great hotel! The room had all the equipment we needed to cook and eat comfortably. The hotel staff provided excellent assistance and were very responsive. The location is ideal, right in the middle of two metro stations and in the heart of the Deira shopping area. The cleanliness of the hotel and the fast service from cleaners Chathura and Maruf were exceptional. We really appreciated their efficiency and attention to detail.

Felt like visiting family, nothing to complain about.
